I've got a meeting on Tuesday morning with the program director of Professional Education at Georgia Tech about teaching a course on designing with web standards. I've talked with people at work, and they're cool with it, so long as it won't take up a lot of time.

I'm pretty excited about this, as I've wanted to teach a course on this for the past year now. I met up with a friend at a CHI Atlanta meeting last week who teaches a course on accessibility there, and told her my idea for a course. She thought it'd be a great idea, so she gave me the email of the director of the program. I emailed him this morning with my ideas for the course, my experience, who I am, etc. He replied at noon that he thought it was a great idea and that he'd like to meet with me to talk about next steps.

This could be pretty cool.
